This property is in the northwest corner of the ranch. Highway 16 runs through the northern edge of the property, with a frontage road on the northern boundary.
The portion north of the highway has the potential to be subdivided into 5 to 10 acre lots (a proposed survey is available showing 16 lots planned for the areas between “regions” A and B – permission to remove the land from the Agricultural Land Reserve would be required.)
The area south of the highway is mostly improved pasture and wooded grazing areas. There are several potential building sites on the higher ground of this region overlooking the pastureland. There is an abundance of wild berries near the highway.
