| Region B: North East Corner NW ¼ sec. 20, approximately 135 Acres Photos |
This property is in the northeast corner of the ranch -- on both sides of Highway 16 with a frontage road on the northern border.
The portion north of the highway has the potential to be subdivided into 5 to 10 acre lots (a proposed survey is available showing 16 lots planned for the areas between “regions” A and B – permission to remove the land from the Agricultural Land Reserve would be required.)
This area has a gravel pit which could be developed to adequately supply ranch needs, a natural spring water hole and corrals and loading chute for transporting cattle. This region would pair nicely with either region A or region C. It is a natural habitat for deer, moose and bear.
