Included as part of the riverbottom (Region E), is the home site and main feedlot/corral system.
The house was built in 1980 with newly renovated kitchen, living room, office and bathrooms. It sits at the top of a hill overlooking the riverbottom fields with a full walk-out basement.
Near the house is a productive garden with asparagus, rhubarb, raspberries, strawberries. Major annual garden crops include: carrots, potatoes, green beans, peas, parsnips, broccoli, cauliflower, beets and zucchini. A small poly-covered greenhouse allows tomatoes, cucumbers and sweet corn to mature.
The house has a covered carport attached as well as a detached carport that can hold two other vehicles.
A pole machine shop has 4 bays. There are several other outbuildings at the homesite.
Near the house is a full set of working corrals with certified scales, individual scale in the squeeze chute, and heated water troughs.
