1643 Acres of beautiful farmland available for forage and livestock production.

Full line of equipment. All equipment is considered part of the sale unless otherwise negotiated.

Harvested/stored crops and livestock will be valued (at fair market prices) on date of sale.

The Canada-British Columbia Environmental Farm Plan Program was completed in March 2007 and the ranch was registered with the Verified Beef Production Program in October 2008.

The ranch is also an excellent play/recreational area. The are places for hiking; horseback riding; fishing in the river; ATV use; observing wildlife and an abundance of fowl; hunting grouse, ducks, geese, moose, deer, bear. The winter provides sledding, X-country skiing, snowshoeing, and snowmobiling.
